PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

1. The exhibition has competitive character. It is open to professional artists and students of Art Academies (Bachelor of Fine Arts required).
2. Each artist may send three entries in any technique /with the exception of bookplates/, maximum format 10x10cm (4’x4′ inches), outer dimensions of pass-partou may not exceed 20x20cm (8’x 8′ inches). During the exhibition the entries will be presented under glass.
   ENTRIES CANNOT BE FRAMED OR UNDER GLASS.
   NB: Framed entries and entries exceeding the stated format will not be considered and will not be returned.
3. Participation fee of 40 Euro, or 50 USA $ shall be paid to the organizer’s bank account: The Centre of Culture Promotion „Gaude Mater”, Dabrowskiego Street 1, 42-202 Czestochowa, POLAND Bank name and address of the bank: BANK HANDLOWY w Warszawie S.A. 4. Each work must state the following on the reverse: – artist’s name and surname – title, release date, technique, dimensions – address
5. Entries shall be sent at artists’ own expense. Organizers return the entries at their expense.
6. Organizers shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages to the works during transportation.
7. Do not declare the value of the parcel on dispatchment and mark it as „printed master/no commercial value” to avoid the custom clearance procedure. The organizers will not accept a registered parcel that requires special custom clearance.
8. AWARDS:
9. Jury selected by the organizers shall qualify the entries and and money awards. Honorary awards shall be granted as well. The verdict will be delivered only in the Internet: www.biennaleart.pl The winning entries become the organizers’ property. All artists qualified to participate in exhibition shall receive the official exhibition catalogue.

12. The Jury begins deliberations mid-July 2024. The exhibition opens  on September 2024. The entries shall be returned till of January 2026.
13. The competition rules and the entry forms are also available on the Internet at www.biennale.art.pl The entries must be the authors’ property. The return of a signed entry form is synonymous with accepting participation conditions in the 13th International Miniature Exhibition and agreement to processing personal details and transfer of copyright relating to the entry publication on the organizers.
14. ORGANIZER:
15. The Centre of Culture Promotion „Gaude Mater” – Dabrowskiego Str. 1, 42-202 Czestochowa, POLAND By completing and signing the application for participation in the 13th International Miniature Biennial
    competition organized by the Center for the Promotion of Culture “Gaude Mater” in Częstochowa,
    the applicant consents to the processing of his personal data in accordance with the applicable law on the
    protection of personal rights. The data administrator is Ośrodek Promocji Kultury “Gaude Mater” with headquarters at ul. Dąbrowskiego 1 in Częstochowa. The Data Protection Officer can be contacted at: iod@gaudemater.pl. The data is processed on the basis of consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of proper consideration of the application and undertaking further work in connection with the requested case. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes.
    The person providing the data of third parties thus declares that he has their consent to the processing
    of their data by the Center. The data will be processed no longer than it is necessary for the proper
    organization of the proposed competition. The person providing personal data has the right to request
    the Administrator to access their personal data, rectify it or delete it.By completing and signing the application for participation in the 13th International Miniature Biennial
    competition at the “Gaude Mater” Culture Promotion Center in Częstochowa, the applicant declares that they
    have read the Regulations of the “Gaude Mater” Culture Promotion Center in Częstochowa.
